$20.00 for each additional person per night.

Reservations are subject to all New York Taxes to be added to the posted rate. We require one night's deposit on all reservations under four nights. For all other Reservations, we require 50% of your total. To receive a refund due to cancellation, 21 days notice is required and a $25.00 processing fee will be assessed per reservation. We do not accept personal checks.

All reservations are priced without daily maid service.
